The Viessmann Group is taking another step as an independent family-owned company.

The Climate Solutions business area will be merged with Carrier, a leading global provider of intelligent climate and energy solutions from the USA. This way, Viessmann Climate Solutions will be even better prepared for future growth, becoming the main driver of Carrier's development strategy for residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Europe. Congratulations to the Viessmann Climate Solutions family and the entire board!

Collaboration with Carrier does not affect any activities of the Viessmann Group outside of the Climate Solutions business area, including Kospel Sp. z o.o.

While Viessmann Climate Solutions and Carrier build a new partnership in the HVAC sector, the Viessmann Group, which includes Kospel, will remain a fully independent family-owned company. Kospel remains a member of the portfolio of companies belonging to Viessmann Investment. Kospel will continue its entrepreneurial activities in line with its purpose of provide comfortable climate with care for the environment.
